We typically provide financial reports on a monthly basis. However, we can adjust the frequency according to your needs and you can request additional reports at any time.

Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions:
   • Full Refund: Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription payment if they are not satisfied with our services.
   • Pro-Rated Refund: After the initial 7-day period, refunds will be pro-rated based on the remaining unused portion of the month.
2. Service Dissatisfaction:
   • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 30 days of the billing date to discuss a potential refund or service credit.

Dispute Policy

1. Reporting Issues:
   • Any disputes or issues with billing or services must be reported within 30 days of the occurrence.
2. Resolution Process:
   • Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email at info@bookkpr.ca with details of the dispute.
   • Step 2: Our team will review the issue and respond within 5 business days.
   • Step 3: If necessary, a follow-up discussion will be scheduled to resolve the matter.
3. Final Decision:
   • All disputes will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis. Our decision will be communicated in writing and will be final.
